Refund policy

Policy:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Shipping costs for return transit are payable by the customer, except in cases where the wrong product was received.
  • Communication regarding refunds should be directed to M/S Folk Bazar only; please disregard any refund amount details sent via email/sms from third parties such as Shiprocket.
  • In cases where return courier service is unavailable, customers may use a local courier service in their area.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we require your bank account details to process the refund.
  • Products purchased during a sale will be eligible for return if the received product is defective.

Return Procedure: If you are unsatisfied with our products, please contact us within seven days of your delivery date to initiate a return.

To process returns, please email us at returns@tashitakgye.in or contact us via any of our social media handles. Provide the following details:

  • Your order identifier
  • Description of the issue(s) with the product(s)
  • A clear picture highlighting the issue(s) with the product(s)

Our team will verify the information and follow up with you. You will receive the necessary return details and the refund amount you are entitled to. Upon your confirmation, we will initiate the return process.

After receiving your product at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Procedure: Exchanges follow a similar process to returns. To receive an exchange item, you must pay for the return shipping charges. Once we receive the payment and pick up the returned item from your location, your exchange item will be dispatched.
